SAE DC Section is reaching out to gage interest in your participation in the 2021 Government / Industry Meeting.

The details for the event are as follows.

Welcome Reception:
The VIRTUAL Welcome Reception will be held Virtually Tuesday Feb 2nd 4:00-5:30 PM.

Student Participation Details:
We are still working out details, but our goal is to have each student team do a couple of minute “elevator speech” on their project, not formal, but very casual, during the reception.
Then, ideally, we would like to provide some Q&A time for the SAE attendees to ask questions to your team. There will also be an opportunity for monetary sponsorship and/or prizes.

What we need from you now:
Simply a YES or NO by Wednesday December 16 as to whether you would like to participate.

As the virtual platform continues to develop, we can iron out the format more thoroughly.
